OUR PROCESS.
We follow a very strict quality process to ensure that we can offer you exemplary quality. As soon as we receive the documents to be translated, we will provide you with a precise quote within a few hours, indicating the number of words, the price per word, and taking into account any repetitions. This way you will know exactly how much your translation will cost and there will be no surprises. Upon receipt of your confirmation, we prepare the translation project. We provide you with a link to our TPBOX translation project management platform (fully secure and accessible by login and password).
Our project manager then proofreads and ensures quality control for the translation, and adjusts the layout if necessary. The translated documents are sent back to you by email, secure ftp, or any other means at your convenience.
TP BOX.
We use the specialized platform TPBOX. It offers a fully secure client access that will allow you to retrieve translated documents even months or years after the translation has been completed.
TRANSLATION MEMORIES.
Wherever possible, the translator or team of translators, working exclusively into their mother tongue, uses a translation memory such as SDL Studio or Memsource. This ensures that terminology is consistent, both within the same document and between several documents, even if they are translated months apart. The use of a translation memory also allows you to make changes to your manual or documents at a later date and pay only a fraction of the cost of the translation. We can then proceed to editing if necessary, by a second specialist translator.
